Ta Linda Chang, LAc,
I am grateful to be able to practice acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Our body is fascinating and does everything it can to keep us alive. What I love about acupuncture is that it allows us to connect to our body during our healing journey. One lesson I have learned in my practice is that healing takes time and is not linear. Some days are going to be better than others but the trajectory is still towards health.
What do you do outside of acupuncture and TCM?
Coming from a big family that continues to grow, I enjoy my time off with my nieces and nephews. I take pride in being the favorite Aunty by planning sleep overs, movie nights, zoo trips, or museum days.
What are your hobbies?
A new hobby of mine is to garden. This is my second year of gardening and I have learned so much and appreciate the abundance that I have received. The easiest produce that I can grow are zucchinis and cucumbers. My favorite flower to grow are zinnias.
